I make only Freebies and my downloads never expires.

Many times I want to get a Freebie, and when I go to the website, the link is expired.

Is it possible  for these designers to add a date when the link is expired??

I'm not angry, but sometimes a bit dissapointed when I see something beautiful!!

(hope my English is ok ??)

The designer has freedom over their own freebies on this website. That means they can decide to leave it up if they want people to visit their blog and take it down when they feel they want to. It is up to the designer.

Hi again Vicky ... and on this subject ... is there any way people could be asked to remove their freebies, if they're not going to maintain their links? It's disappointing (and especially for newer visitors and members) to see an older freebie that you like, only to find that the 4shared link has gone the way of the dodo.

ps ... I can't seem to find the "post new thread" button today ... has it gone into hiding? Ermmm or are my eyes worse than I thought? LOL

A new feature on the site will be that when a comment is left on a persons freebie. (everyone can leave a comment on another persons freebie)... that that designer will then get a email telling them... "Congratulations, you have just received a comment on your freebie at DigiScrapDepot.com". When they get this, they will read what you wrote. This way, you can tell them what you think of their freebie, or alert in your comment that they're links are expired and you are doing them a terrific service!

Personally, I had to take all my freebies down when 4shared expired on me. I wasnt aware of it until after the fact when it happened to me.

Feature to be added ASAP when i can get my programmer away from his XBOX.

...just kiddin hon.
