By downloading from DigiScrapDepot you agree that the e-books, graphics and fonts are copyrighted by the individual artist and licensed to you as a single user. All DigiScrapDepot products are copyrighted property and are licensed, not sold to you. They do not become your property.

Copyright Notice: What Will Happen If You Upload Infringing Content

Anytime we become aware that any images on this site infringes the copyrights of a third party, we will take it down from the site. We are required to do so by law. If you believe that graphics on this site infringes your copyright, send us an email with the copyright violation and we will take it down. If you feel we have removed one of your images in error, you can send us an email proving you are the copyright holder or have permission to redistribute the image. If you repeatedly post infringing content, your account will be terminated. This is also a requirement of the law.
